Not completely satisfied? You have 60 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

Standard 1 Year Warranty

Every product is backed against factory defects for one full year from the ship date. If our materials or craftsmanship fall short, we'll replace the item with an equivalent model at no cost to you.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and abrasions
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Loss or theft
  • Accident, abuse, or improper storage
  • Damage from harsh chemicals or improper cleansers


Extended Lens Protection Warranty

If you purchased the Extended Lens Protection service, you are entitled to a one-time replacement for scratches or accidental damage over the lifetime of your lenses. This Plan must be added at the time of purchase, with one Plan covering one set of lenses — you may add up to one Plan per set ordered. We will replace damaged lenses with a set matching your original pair.
