60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not completely satisfied? You have 60 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Please keep in mind that Extended Lens Protection cannot be refunded after the one-time replacement has been utilized.

Standard 1 Year Warranty

Every product is backed against factory defects for one full year from the ship date. If our materials or craftsmanship fall short, we'll replace the item with an equivalent model at no cost to you.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and abrasions
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Loss or theft
  • Accident, abuse, or improper storage
  • Damage from harsh chemicals or improper cleansers


Extended Lens Protection Warranty

With Extended Lens Protection, you're covered for one replacement if your lenses get scratched or accidentally damaged—anytime over the life of your eyewear. This plan applies to a single pair of lenses and must be selected when you place your order. Limit one protection plan per lens set. If damage occurs, we'll replace them with a new set that matches the specifications of your original pair. Please note that extended warranty coverage is not currently available for prescription lens orders.
