Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- For replacement items, orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation/payment.
- For customized products, orders require 7 to 10 business days for processing before shipment.
Weekend delivery is available as usual. Our warehouse operates Monday through Sunday. Deliveries may be delayed during holidays, but we take steps to ensure timely arrival whenever possible.

Shipping Location
We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in China, where we manage inventory, quality control, and packaging to ensure every shipment meets our standards before it leaves our facility.
Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package successfully, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@mrylens.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company promptly. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment has finished and the parcel has not been shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item's delivery. And we will issue a full refund.
- Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
- Kind Reminder: Once your prescription order exceeds the 24-hour confirmation period, customized lens production will commence immediately. As production materials are already allocated, order cancellation will not be permitted at this stage. We appreciate your understanding.
About Customs & Duties
In rare cases, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority—not by us—and you are responsible for paying them. We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict if fees will apply.
