MryLens lenses are designed exclusively for replacement purposes. Users must ensure that their eyewear frames are structurally intact and compatible with the selected lens type. We shall not be held liable for lens damage caused by improper installation or pre-existing frame defects.

Custom prescription lenses require accurate prescriptions provided by licensed optometrists. We disclaim all responsibility for vision-related issues arising from prescription inaccuracies.

Compatibility Statement

While our Smart Compatibility System provides brand/model matching recommendations, we do not guarantee 100% compatibility, particularly for third-party modified frames or discontinued brand models. Customers are strongly recommended to consult our support team for compatibility verification prior to purchase.

For order delays caused by natural disasters, international logistics restrictions, or supplier disruptions, we will provide timely notifications and alternative solutions, but assume no obligation to provide additional compensation.
